La convocatoria para cada volumen de <\/span><b><i>C<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ifra<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> se inicia el 1 de abril de cada a\u00f1o, y permanece abierta hasta el 31 de marzo del a\u00f1o siguiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li><b><i>ADMISI\u00d3N. C<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ifra <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">se reserva el derecho de admitir o no los originales recibidos en virtud de la adecuaci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica y el cumplimiento de sus normas editoriales. El Consejo de Redacci\u00f3n enviar\u00e1 un acuse de recibo en el que informar\u00e1 a los autores si su contribuci\u00f3n ha sido aceptada para pasar a la etapa de evaluaci\u00f3n o si ha sido rechazada por no cumplir con algunos de los requerimientos arriba mencionados.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li><b><i>EVALUACI\u00d3N EXTERNA<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Los manuscritos admitidos ser\u00e1n enviados para referato a dos \u00e1rbitros expertos en la problem\u00e1tica del texto propuesto y externos a la entidad editora, seg\u00fan el sistema doble ciego, de manera que se garantice el anonimato entre autores y evaluadores. Los evaluadores podr\u00e1n A] aceptar el art\u00edculo, B] solicitar mejoras en el texto para ser publicado o C] rechazarlo. Si se produjera un disenso entre los evaluadores se recurrir\u00e1 a un tercero -siempre externo a la revista- para el desempate. El informe de los especialistas ser\u00e1 dado a conocer al autor a la mayor brevedad posible.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En caso de que los evaluadores externos soliciten modificaciones a los autores, estos contar\u00e1n con un plazo de 20 d\u00edas para llevarlas a cabo.
